In the STR Mastermind, we will be benchmarking and reviewing all members’ numbers and action steps against budget and forecasting. This is something you will NOT get anywhere else in our industry.
BETTER SYSTEMS
All profitable businesses are based on systems and processes, especially when they are scaling or have scaled, and most of us want to add properties to our current portfolio. Still, many aren’t sure how to handle financing, taxes, pricing strategies, and retirement planning.

Implementing systems into your STR Plan will allow you to scale faster, plan better, and achieve goals quicker when you surround yourself with fellow hosts traveling down the same path as you and some that have already reached their destination.

    Bill has been involved in real estate for almost 25 years with both commercial and residential investing. In 2015 he switched the majority of his residential portfolio to short term rentals from long term after seeing an opportunity to increase profit and reduce risk.

    Bill currently has a multi-million dollar portfolio of short term rental properties primarily located in vacation rental markets with a focus on beach, lake, and mountain properties.

    He has leveraged years of successful business growth strategies to specialize in maximizing vacation rental profits by turning $50,000 annual revenue properties into $90,000 properties yielding high profit via self-management.

    Bill shares these profit-boosting strategies along with how to self manage, holding real estate, and so much more so you can build your short term rental wealth while your guests make your mortgage payments.

THE DETAILS
MONTHLY MEETINGS
We will meet monthly via ZOOM to collaborate and report on the previous month’s success and failures. We will also share financials via benchmarks to see how your STR(s) compare to the groups and identify costs and opportunities that may not currently be in line with everyone else. There will also be a presentation each month by a member, chairman, or special guest.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS
There will be two (3) in-person meetings annually. One will be held in late Spring/ early Summer and/or the Fall (COVID permitting). This will be extremely flexible and voted on by the members before scheduling. This is where the real magic happens as the group bonds together and really starts to open up. Travel and lodging fees are the responsibility of the member and are not included in the annual fee.
ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS
Each member will be assigned an Accountability Partner(s). You and your Partner(s) will meet via video chat or phone calls in between meetings to hold each other accountable for each other’s progress at achieving your monthly goals and prepare for the next meeting together. These calls are once a month in between the Group Monthly Meetings and are scheduled by you.
BENCHMARKING
At each Monthly Group Meeting, each member will report their monthly numbers, and the Chairman will combine all of the reports to deliver Benchmarks for the entire group. This will allow you to see the average costs, revenues, ADR’s, etc. This type of benchmarking has never been done in the STR industry and will completely change the way you view your STR business.
GIVE TO GET
The more you give, the more you will get. It is really that simple. This is why you need to be prepared, know your numbers, and invest time working on the assigned activities before each meeting.
OPEN & HONEST
You must be ready and willing to be 100% open and honest about your business, life, and financials. If you are not transparent, hide the bad, and only show the good, you are hurting all of the members and not just yourself.
